Refund policy
We pride ourselves on providing high quality service, and ensuring you are happy with your order. With that in mind, our Returns Policy is below.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Swimwear items are not eligible for return if they have fake tan, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or if the hygiene sticker has been removed.
- You must contact us within 7 days (for Australian customers) or 14 days (for international customers) from receiving your order, to be eligible for an exchange or return. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the exchange or return.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@veranocollective.com.au within 7 days (for Australian customers) or 14 days (for international customers) of receiving your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.
3. Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returns unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
4. Refund or Exchange:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund/store credit will be issued.
5. Exceptions:
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
