Once an order has been completed, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made to your order if it has already been shipped out to you. Unfortunately, due to hygiene regulations, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on bikinis once they’ve been tried on. This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of safety and care for all our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Swimwear items, due to hygiene regulations, cannot be returned or exchanged once they’ve been tried on, have fake tan, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or if the hygiene sticker has been removed. This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of safety and care for all our customers.
  • You must contact us within 7 days (for Australian customers) or 14 days (for international customers) from receiving your order, to be eligible for an exchange or return. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the exchange and return. 


2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@veranocollective.com.au within 7 days (for Australian customers) or 14 days (for international customers) of receiving your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos.
  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.

3. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returns unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

4. Refund or Exchange:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund/store credit will be issued.

5. Exceptions:

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
